As a existing customer you may have experienced a power outage or surge that has reset your box to factory settings. Whilst we appreciate that this isn't your fault, it requires significant time & resources and is chargeable.
We have kept the cost down to reflect the fact this is a non profit service to our customers only. We cannot offer this service outside of our own product range.
